Hillbrick Fixie Frame - BRAND NEW

I have a brand new 51 cm Hillbrick Fixie Frame for sale.  The frame has track geometry with horizontal drop outs.  The only addition to the frame as compared with a standard track frame is that it has brake cable braze ons on the top tube.  The frame is bright orange in color.

This frame would make a great inexpensive track frame for a young kid who is growing quickly so needs to move up a frame size to ride on the track, or would make a great fixie for someone who is a little shorter than I am (probably want to be between 5'2" and 5'7" for this bike)

The regular retail price on this frame is $650 (as per the Hillbrick Website - link below) but I will sell it for $350 to the first person who contacts me.
