This week’s Races
• Round 1 warm up Scratch
• Round 2 no race (save time)
• Round 3 Win’N’Out

• Round 6 Race video replays, Cyclists pasta and Beer in the HBT + Presentation and Music Video
Explain these races
Win’N’ Out This is the opposite of a Miss’N’Out race. After a designated number of laps a whistle is blown for the first sprint. The winner of the first sprint is deemed the winner of the race and allowed to carefully withdraw from the race. Each proceeding lap sprint will produce the consecutive places from 2nd to 4th. Tip if you go for a sprint make sure you win it.
Point'a'Lap- The race is run similar to a point score-however each lap is a sprint for first place only and worth one point. The overall winner is the rider with the most points
Swerve Cafe Time Blaster
• On the final night of each season the money only goes off if the record is broken
• The Record is held by Scott Law set last year @ 8min 22 sec
• If not won money goes on the bar.
• The Time Blaster is worth $200
Large numbers
• Usually we can expect a few extra cyclists to help celebrate the final night.
• To ensure everyone gets their full program of racing in…….;
• Warm up will end at 6:57pm
• Riders will be encourage to be prompt to their starting positions
• 1 lap warm down rule will apply.
Junior Development
• Has concluded for 2008
• Big Thanks to Michelle Ferris and Chris Koke and all their supporters.
Central Coast Track Open
• The CCCC Track Open is on Saturday 31st October with the Country Titles for all age categories to be held on Sunday 1st November
Special Announcements (Final Night)
Red Bull
• On the last week the series the Red Bull promo girls will be on hand.
• The Red Bull Mobile Wings team will be present, ready to energise everyone and vitalise the body and mind of all those that need some wings!
• Judging by the responses I have received. I am not sure if people are more interested in the Red Bull or the Red Bull girls?
Handle Bar Tavern for last week
• This week I have organised special reserved seating for us after RAW Track for our presentation.
• I have also put $200+ on the tables in the way of jugs of beer, soft drink and bottles of wine.
• The cyclist pasta meal will be available in a Bain-Marie format
• I have already paid for this
• Please place your $10 in an honesty box next food
• Please join me in what should be a great night
Music Video
• Each year I stretch my skills and produce a music video of the highlights of the season.
• In the past this has been a highlight of the final night
• Construction has been difficult to fit in
• Fingers crossed it all works out. Hopefully the computer gremlins will stay away and I will have a fantastic end of season music finally
