This week’s J-RAW Races• Round 1 Warm up Scratch
• Round 2 Wheel-Race
• Round 3 1 Lap Screamers
• Round 4 Point’a’Lap • Round 5 Combines + Time Blaster
Note: Point scoring rounds are in Blue.
Explain these races 1 lap Drag race- Riders draw lots to start in position 1-4 up the track. The riders start in a Time trial hold (No-Push) for whistle start. First one back wins. Easy
Point'a'Lap- - The race is run similar to a point score-however each lap is a sprint for first place only and worth one point. The overall winner is the rider with the most points.
Time Blaster - - The race is run as Scratch race. Riders will receive 1 warm up lap to allow a flying start at 15laps to go. A prize is won by the winning rider so long as they achieve under the required time. The successful time then becomes the new benchmark for the following months time Blaster. This event requires a solid field committed to keeping the pace high the entire time.
1 lap screamer record • As this is our first night of J-RAW someone will set the record.
1 lap screamer procedure • Groups of 4 will be selected as you come up ramp
• Riders will assemble at top of ramp before race
• Holders will select a rider which will allocate a starting position 1 bottom 4 top
• Riders are held for a time trial start on the pursuit line
• The starter will say ready, Whistle.
• Holders will release with no push!
• Holders required
• Please be prompt to your start.
• 1 lap warm down only
Points for 2015 series • For every week you attend you receive 10 points
• In rounds 3, and 4 top 4 place getters receive 5, 3, 2 and 1point respectively

It is everyone’s first for 2015• I record your license as sighted and you are fine for the season.
